What are your shipping costs?
UK shipping:
I charge a flat rate of £3 for shipping within the UK. All items are sent via Royal Mail.
Outside of the UK:
£10
Please be aware that Toriana Jewellery is based in the UK, and import duties are applicable to goods leaving the UK, so you may have to pay import duties when the package arrives in your country. These costs are out of my control. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
There are some countries that I am unable to ship to currently, if you cannot find your destination country in my shipping options, please get in touch and I will add it if possible.
How quickly do you ship items?
Most packages ship within 3 days of ordering. Made to order items will take longer to ship, they are usually dispatched within 10 days.
What materials do you use?
The majority of the silver I use is recycled silver. Recycled silver is just as precious as freshly mined silver, but is much more eco friendly!
I use natural gemstones, I find them much more beautiful and interesting than lab created gemstones, I love the variations in colour and the subtle differences between different gemstones, that you only find in nature.
Do you accept returns?
I hope you love your new jewellery, but if you have a problem then please get in touch within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please click the link below to ready my full returns policy.

What about hallmarking?
As per UK Hallmarking regulations, items are hallmarked at an assay office, unless exempt. Exemptions include Silver jewellery where the weight of the metal is below 7.78 grams, and gold jewellery where the weight of the metal is below 1gram.
