RETURNS
I hope you love your new jewellery, but if you have a problem then please get in touch within 14 days. Most items can be returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that you are responsible for cost of returning the item, and please use an appropriate delivery service to ensure your return arrives safely and with the appropriate insurance. Toriana Jewellery is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit. Please return the item complete with the original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact me regarding a return. Please contact me by email at torianajewellery@gmail.com to arrange a return and please give your full name, address, order number and details of the item you wish to return. You can also contact me via the contact form on the Contact page of this website.
RING RESIZING
If you order a ring in the wrong size, in some cases this can be resized up or down one size for an additional cost, however, not all rings can be resized. Rings with gemstones usually cannot be resized.
I recommend that you purchase a ring sizer and measure your ring size before ordering, and also be open to the idea of wearing the ring on a different finger than originally intended.
Ring size can vary based on various factors, and often people find that their rings fit looser in colder weather, and tighter in warmer weather. The width of the ring band can also make a difference to the fit - a wider ring band will feel smaller on the finger than a slim ring band of the same ring size.
