These earrings are made to order, so it will take up to 10 days to despatch them to you.  All of the items in my shop are handmade by myself, individually, they are not mass produced and they are all made with a great deal of care and attention.  There may be little imperfections or differences, but this just make the piece more characterful and unique.

I hope you love your new jewellery, but if you have a problem then please get in touch within 14 days and I will do my best to resolve it.  Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement.  Please read the full returns policy in the 'Info' section for more details.

Ready made items usually ship within 3 days.  Made to order items will take longer, usually within 10 days.  If you need a piece in a hurry, please message me and I will let you know if it is possible.
