Charmed Pendant.  Three different heart charms.  There is a heart shaped amethyst, a little anatomical heart, and a tiny little love heart.  All of the charms can be removed from the chain, so you can wear them separately or all together.
 
The amethyst heart measures approximately 12mm x 12mm.  Handmade in sterling silver.  This one comes with a chunky, oxidized silver chain.
